Using Miro I completed an extensive research board, dividing work into several categories to understand and discover sustainability issues as well as uncovering possible UX solutions.
Here are some key factors from user interviews and below is my discovery from my research. This establishes how Revive targets to ensure a decrease in the global issue of 'fast-furniture'.

I really enjoyed this project and learning more about the sustainability challenges of fast furniture and waste. It was rewarding to explore how UX design can support conscious consumption. I especially liked how Revive enables multiple user journeys, from browsing second-hand items to scanning furniture for redesign.
If I was to develop this app even further, here are some aspects I would like to improve on, creating a flexible, user-centred experience.
- Trending page for types of furniture, materials, style and colours that are currently trending.
- Develop the 'Saved Items' page where users can also create mood boards.
-'Shop by Room' as seen with big competitors like DHS, Furniture Village.
